Abstract

This paper discusses the comparison of time-frequency representations for the analysis of helicopters' micro-doppler signatures using fundamental spectral estimation methods such as the periodogram, Blackman-Tukey, spectral estimation, and non-parametric methods like Capon, as well as parametric methods like covariance, Burg and MUSIC. It also examines frequency and power distributions in target identification through radar analysis.
