Abstract

In this study, the design characteristics of the DC bias lines are aimed at constructing by minimizing the deteriorating effects on linearity for supply-modulated power amplifiers. The supply modulation phenomenon is carried out to enhance the back-off efficiency of the power amplifiers. In this paper, the design and implementation details of DC bias lines are introduced. Then, to evaluate the performance, linear and electromagnetic simulations are compared using the S-parameters.
