Abstract

The authors regret Fig. 8 in the current article should actually be Fig. 7. The correct “Fig. 8. DSC analysis of cryogels” are given below. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Also the title should be The production of pH indicator Ca and Cu alginate cryogels containing anthocyanin obtained via red cabbage extraction for monitoring chicken fillet freshness.Approved as above by j.f.kennedy EiC.
