Abstract

This paper presents a fully-integrated active gyrator circuit based on current differencing buffered amplifier (CDBA), a recently introduced active element. The circuit employs only two CDBAs and two pairs of MOS transistors operating in the nonsaturation region. Conductance of the proposed gyrator can be controlled through the gate controlling voltages, hence simulated circuits obtained by the proposed gyrator are also electronically tunable.
