Abstract

A synthesis procedure for generating CCII-based fully integrated balanced current-mode continuous-Time filters is presented. A novel network which realises the general second-order current transfer function is given. The resulting filter employs only CCIIs of positive type and has low sensitivities to components. All capacitors in the circuit are grounded. Experimental results verifying theoretical analysis are also included.
