Abstract

This paper layouts the proposed novel broadb and suspended plate antenna folded patch feed. It is appropriate for distinctive applications which include GSM, UMTS, WLAN and LTE Wi-Max technologies. Simulations are performed using a EM software package HFSS. From the simulations of the proposed antenna, impedance bandwidth of 65.6 % obtained between the frequencies of 1.71 GHz and 3.38GHz.
