Abstract

In this study, analysis of periodically loaded waveguides via finite difference time domain (FDTD) technique is considered, together with periodic boundary condition (PBC). Here metallic type irises as well as dielectric posts are analyzed to investigate pass-band and stop-band characteristics of infinitely and finitely loaded waveguides.
