abstract = "Wavelet Analysis is a promising signal processing method currently used in many applications. In this work, it is used to detect and visualize ADC errors obtained from real prototype measurement data of a 14-bit SAR ADC. Both Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) and Multi-Rate Analysis (MRA) methods are examined and their relation with Short Time Fourier Transform (STFT) is given. MATLAB's Wavelet Toolbox is used for calculations. First studies show that wavelet analysis can be used for analyzing ADC errors.",
