Abstract

In this paper, an efficient neural network model is suggested to determine the input resonant resistance of coaxial fed rectangular microstrip antennas (MSAs) with thin and thick substrates. The NN results are in good agreement with experimental results reported in literature. This method can easily be modified to address problems involving more general types of MSAs.
