Abstract

Aftersales services generate both economic and managerial benefits, which provide longterm profitability and sustainability for companies. In order to have a successful aftersales service, aftersales service performances should be measured and necessary changes should be done. However, usually aftersales service performances are not measured in the same time period or at the same stage. In this study, a dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method is used to measure the performances of after sales services of an electronics company.
