Abstract

In this study, diagonal dominance of parametric uncertain two input two output systems are discussed. Controller gain regions of the static diagonal controller that guarantee the standard and the weighted diagonal dominance of a TITO system are determined non-conservatively for the nominal system. An algorithm is proposed to determine static controller gain regions that achieve the weighted diagonal dominance conditions. Although the derived conditions on controller parameters are determined for the fixed frequencies, they can be easily extended for a given frequency range. Moreover, conservative approaches are proposed in order to represent the parametric uncertainties as weighting factors. Lastly, case studies are included to verify the effectiveness of the derived results.
