Abstract

In this study, a new Triangular Hesitant Fuzzy approach to Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping (TH-FCM) is proposed. Although the classical Hesitant Theory provides experts to express their hesitancy, there is still a drawback caused by using the crisp numbers for membership degrees. This new approach provides a stronger tool for Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping (FCM) to deal with uncertainty in the system by enabling the experts to use triangular fuzzy numbers.
