Abstract

A genetic approach for the synthesis of composite right/left-handed (CRLH) transmission line impedance matching sections is presented. Continuous parameter genetic algorithm (CPGA) is used for the synthesis. Examples for a uniform CRLH transmission line impedance matching section and a nonuniform CRLH transmission line impedance matching section are given.
