Abstract
The number of Type-2 Diabetes patients on a global scale has reached 463 million as of 2019, and it is predicted that this number will exceed 700 million by 2045. Type-2 Diabetes disease causes complications that seriously reduce the quality of life for patients and can be fatal at times, and 10% of global health expenditures are allocated to diabetes and diabetes-related diseases. The importance of the necessity of using personalized treatment methods by considering each patient as a separate case in the treatment process of Type-2 Diabetes is emphasized in the studies. In this study, the best oral anti-diabetic combination for patients in different risk groups was tried to be determined using the Spherical Fuzzy AHP method by referring to the treatment approach included in the national diabetes treatment guide. Our study is original with the first use of the Spherical AHP method in the personalized medical literature.
